• All registrations are subject to approval by the organizing committee.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or venue.
• Registration will be considered complete only after successful submission of the registration form and payment.
• Payment is not required at the time of registration. Details regarding payment will be shared later.
• Registration Fee: ₹2,000/- per participant.
